RAM Mounts’ new facility in Kelso will serve as its primary hub for aluminum die casting and powder coating, the company said.
SEATTLE—RAM® Mounts, a manufacturer of rugged mounting products, recently expanded its manufacturing capabilities with a new 60,000-square-foot facility in Kelso, Washington, the company said in a release.
The state-of-the-art facility will serve as the company’s primary hub for aluminum die casting and powder coating, further strengthening RAM Mounts’ commitment to innovation, quality, and U.S.-based manufacturing. The expansion is said to mark a milestone in RAM Mounts’ mission to meet growing demand and enhance production efficiencies.
The Seattle facilities that once housed the company’s die casting and powder coating operations will now offer new advanced fabrication capabilities, including CNC laser cutting, laser welding, CNC press brake, and CNC pipe bending machines. “These additions will broaden RAM Mounts’ product offerings while maintaining the highest standards of precision and durability,” the release stated.
“We are thrilled to expand our operations in both Kelso and Seattle, bringing jobs to the areas and allowing us to better serve our customers as we continue growing,” said Jeff Carnevali, president and CEO of RAM Mounts, in the release. “These new buildings provide much-needed space for increased production and demonstrate our commitment to the community and our employees.”
With its new facilities, RAM Mounts is aiming to quickly expand production and bring products to market faster, following a post-COVID boom in demand, according to the release. “Lead times have been reduced, and these new facilities have already shortened the time it takes to get products to our customers,” added Carnevali.

RAM Mounts was founded more than 30 years ago. Since then, the company has grown to become a prominent manufacturer of rugged mounting products for numerous industries. The company said that it serves transportation, warehousing, retail, healthcare, utility logistics, food services, hospitality, and consumer applications, among others.
