ETCO’s standard and custom connectors and terminals are manufactured in the U.S. for precise power distribution, sensors, and other AI data center requirements.
BRADENTON, Fla.—ETCO Incorporated recently introduced a broad range of standard and custom connectors and terminals that are manufactured in the United States for precise power distribution, sensors, and other AI data center requirements, the company said in a release.
ETCO, a provider of more than 1,500 standard products, said the ETCO AI Data Center Connectors include standard printed circuit board (PCB) contacts, insulated products, foil connectors, ring terminals, spades, disconnects, pins, and receptacles.
The company also offers rapid prototyping using 3-D solid modeling analysis, adding that it can manufacture custom connectors and terminals to meet precise OEM specifications with regard to form, function, materials, and packaging. ETCO stated in the release that the AI Data Center Connectors are stamped from brass, tinned steels, stainless, beryllium copper, phosphor bronze, and other alloys, with thicknesses from 0.008 inch to 0.090 inch and tolerances to 0.002 inch.
The connectors can be supplied in a loose form or in strip form for automated attachment equipment. They are priced according to configuration and quantity, according to ETCO, which said it offers “extensive custom engineering capabilities.”
