The acquisition is said to enhance Pexco’s custom extrusion capabilities and increase the company’s presence in the Midwest.

ALPHARETTA, Ga.—Pexco LLC, a North American-based custom plastics manufacturer, recently acquired Wisconsin Plastic Products, Inc., based in Plymouth, Wisconsin, Pexco said in a release.

Wisconsin Plastic Products, founded in 1994,  is a supplier of custom extrusions for industry-leading original equipment manufacturers in telecommunications, data centers, refrigeration, general industrial, technology, lighting, and other sectors. The company specializes in complex profiles requiring tight tolerances made with highly engineered plastics, as well as co- and tri-extrusion. It is reported to manufacture “some of the largest profile extrusions in North America, with the unique capability of manufacturing profiles up to 36 inches in width,” the release stated.

The acquisition is said to enhance Pexco’s custom extrusion capabilities and increase the company’s presence in the Midwest with a state-of-the-art facility and cutting-edge machine shop. “Wisconsin Plastic Products’ specialized manufacturing technologies, engineering support, and commitment to quality and innovation align with Pexco’s strategy,” the release said.
