CARLSBAD, Calif.—Electronics manufacturing technologies company Nordson Electronics Solutions reported that it received ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification renewal for its Carlsbad facility, effective September 2024 to September 2027. The Carlsbad certificate’s scope covers the design and manufacture of automated fluid dispensing and coating systems, which are sold under the ASYMTEK brand, the company said in a release.
Nordson Electronics Solutions stated that it supplies “the world’s semiconductor, electronics, and precision assembly manufacturers with the innovative fluid dispensing, plasma treatment, and selective soldering solutions their products need to protect sensitive electronics and deliver a lifespan of reliability.”
The company’s facility in Suzhou, Jiangsu, China renewed its certification in September 2022, effective until November 2025. The Suzhou certificate’s scope includes the design, development, and manufacture of ASYMTEK dispensing and MARCH surface treatment equipment that is used primarily within the semiconductor- and PCBA-related industries, the release stated.
