CHESTERFIELD, Mich.—After successfully relocating and commissioning 10 vacuum furnaces into its current facility, Solar Atmospheres of Michigan Inc. is poised for further expansion.

The company said in a release that bulldozers have begun work on a new 20,000-square-foot building, which will more than double the current footprint at its Chesterfield location.

“This expansion will create a larger shipping and receiving area to better serve our customers’ needs and position us for future growth,” said Solar Atmospheres of Michigan President Bob Hill, in the release.
