FAIRPORT HARBOR, Ohio—MJM Industries, a contract manufacturer of custom over-molded cable and wire harness assemblies, recently announced the promotion of Joel Rozga to vice president of operations, and Russ Herbert to national sales manager.
Rozga formerly held the position of engineering services manager. Herbert held the position of senior account manager, the company said in a release.
While serving in the capacity of engineering services manager, Rozga led the development of key production tooling and equipment. He was instrumental in advancing the company’s product offerings, including the M-series line of customizable M8 and M12 assemblies. As vice president of operations, Joel will be responsible for leading the engineering, production, quality, purchasing, and sales departments.
As senior account manager, Herbert had been working directly with MJM Industries’ customers through the quoting process and component acquisition, and to ensure their projects move smoothly through the production schedules. As national sales manager, Herbert will be overseeing all sales and marketing efforts, managing outside reps, and coordinating attendance at industry trade shows, the company said.
MJM Industries designs and manufactures custom over-molded cable assemblies, wire and cable assemblies, and flat flex and co-axial cable assemblies for a broad range of industries. Its value-added services include laser wire stripping for holding ultra tight tolerances, and 3-D modeling for all markets. The company said in the release that its staff works to ensure all parts are manufactured to exacting standards, from concept to finished product.
